Official Announcement: Regarding Papara Virtual Card Refund Processes

Dear PlaySultan Users,

Requests submitted by our users regarding the Papara Virtual Card service, which was discontinued as of October 2025, have been reviewed.

Following the evaluation, it has been determined that the service in question does not constitute the sale of a physical product. Instead, it is a digital service that is made available instantly, with delivery and consumption taking place digitally at the time of the transaction. For this reason, no refunds will be issued for transactions made under this service.

Since the delivery process for digital services offered through PlaySultan is completed at the time of the transaction, refund processes are assessed differently from those involving physical products. The process regarding the Papara Virtual Card service has therefore been concluded in line with the nature of the service and our current terms of use.

PlaySultan reserves the right to update the scope, terms of use, and policies related to its digital services in order to improve user experience and manage service processes more effectively.
