2. Nature of Services

PlaySultan provides:

  • Digital products (e-pins, activation codes)
  • In-game currency and virtual goods
  • Direct top-up services to user game accounts

All products are digitally delivered and instantly consumable.


3. No Refund After Delivery

Refunds are not available once:

  • The digital code / e-pin has been displayed or delivered
  • The top-up has been successfully completed
  • The order status is marked as completed

This applies regardless of whether the product has been used.


4. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

4.1 Failed Delivery

  • Payment completed but product or service was not delivered

4.2 System or Technical Errors

  • Duplicate payment
  • Incorrect charge amount
