- Digital products (e-pins, activation codes)
- In-game currency and virtual goods
- Direct top-up services to user game accounts
All products are digitally delivered and instantly consumable.
3. No Refund After Delivery
Refunds are not available once:
- The digital code / e-pin has been displayed or delivered
- The top-up has been successfully completed
- The order status is marked as completed
This applies regardless of whether the product has been used.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

- Payment completed but product or service was not delivered
4.2 System or Technical Errors
- Duplicate payment
